1997 - Foundation of LV INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.

LV International Co., Ltd. headquarters, established in 1997 for manufacturing precision tungsten carbide end mills.

General Manager Mr. Wu Jung-Tsan founded LV INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD., with a primary focus on the design and manufacture of professional-grade precision tungsten carbide end mills and a variety of carbide cutting tools.

2014 - Factory Establishment in Taichung Industrial Park

We officially established our factory in the Taichung Industrial Park, introducing world-renowned CNC grinding equipment from Germany, Australia, and Japan, including high-precision machines from Makino. By importing high-quality tungsten carbide rods from Japan and Germany, we significantly enhanced the quality and stability of our tools.

2018 - In-house Coating Department Established

An in-house coating department was established, equipped with three advanced coating machines. We also implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system to comprehensively enhance quality control and continuous improvement capabilities across the organization.

2019 - Recipient of the 28th Taiwan Excellence Award

The Taiwan Excellence Award logo, awarded to LV Tool in 2020 for our innovative unequal helix end mills.

In January, we successfully passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification. In October, our unequal helix angle and unequal flute end mills received unanimous recognition from the judges of the Taiwan Excellence Award, and we were honored with the 28th Taiwan Excellence Award in 2020.

2020 - Launch of Smart Factory Initiative

We initiated our digital smart factory project, conducting a comprehensive plant overhaul. This included acquiring high-precision machine tools and measuring instruments, such as fully automated CNC grinders from MAKINO SEIKI, and implementing an ERP system to streamline information flow.

2021-2023 - Industry-Academia Cooperation

LV Tool participating in a technology industry exhibition, highlighting our commitment to industry-academia cooperation.

We actively engaged in industry-academia collaborations with technology universities in Central Taiwan, fostering the exchange of industrial and academic experience and technology to promote mutual growth.

2022 - E-Management and Global Market Expansion

A display of precision tungsten carbide cutting tools, now distributed to over 40 countries through our global market expansion.

We implemented an e-management system overhaul and expanded our global market presence. LV cutting tools are now widely used in mold manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, and various machinery component sectors, with customers in over 40 countries, including China, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, the Middle East, South Africa, Hungary, Turkey, and Russia.

2023-2025 - Planning Comprehensive Management Systems

The ISO 9001:2015 certification logo, the foundation for our ongoing implementation of comprehensive management systems.

Building on our existing ISO 9001 quality management system, we are planning and implementing a comprehensive management framework. This includes the progressive adoption of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45000 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility), as well as carbon footprint and greenhouse gas inventories, fulfilling our mission of corporate social responsibility.
